The Way I’ve Timed It is a 20x20” oil painting on a gallery wooden panel. 

My newest series comes from a place of change and uncertainty. This year holds many new adventures yet with that comes fear and a feeling of chaos. Adding these wildflowers to my paintings represents a beautiful unruly path life is taking me down and me doing my best to find happiness in a season of life that I'm not ready for.

I use Old Holland oils, along with Windsor, Rembrandt and Gamblin.  The majority of colors you see in my work are mixed and rarely straight from the tube.  I work using a palette knife and brush.
